Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of eu.sismojeans.com and purchases made through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Leandro Di Stefano SAS, CUIT 30-71940912-8, with its business address at Pasaje Soria 5008, Palermo Soho, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Every purchase is made exclusively with Leandro Di Stefano SAS. For any question, write to info@sismojeans.com.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes (such as VAT) that may be charged by your country on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We aim to show every product as faithfully as possible. Because our garments are made with natural fabrics, raw denim and traditional processes, small variations in shade, texture and measurements can occur between units. Those variations are part of the product. Published measurements are approximate.

Availability is subject to stock. If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, or is not in stock when your order is processed, we will contact you to offer a full refund or an alternative, at no cost.

3. Ordering, payment and verification

Payments are processed through PayPal and the other payment methods shown at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is received and the order confirmation email is sent. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on this site.

Orders are subject to payment approval. We may cancel an order, with a full refund of the amount paid, if payment is not approved or if there are reasonable signs of fraud, use of a payment method that is not the buyer's, or false information. We may also limit the number of units per person and per order. If a dispute or chargeback is opened without contacting us first, we reserve the right to submit all order documentation, including tracking and proof of delivery.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping conditions, costs and times are described on the Shipping and Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and on customs clearance. The buyer is responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address. If a shipment cannot be delivered because of incorrect details or repeated absence, the cost of re-shipping is the buyer's. Events of force majeure beyond our control are not a breach, without prejudice to consumer rights under applicable law.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

All sales are final and we do not offer exchanges.

Customers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, write to info@sismojeans.com with your order number before the 14 days end. You then have 14 days to send the goods back. The goods must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. The cost of returning the goods is the buyer's. We will refund the price of the goods, and the standard delivery cost, using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

For customers in other countries, this withdrawal right applies only where the law of the country of residence makes it mandatory.

6. Defective products

If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, write to us at info@sismojeans.com and we will resolve it at no cost, in line with the legal guarantee that applies in your country of residence.

7. Use of the site and conduct

The site must be used in good faith and for lawful purposes. It is forbidden to enter false data or data of third parties without authorization, to use automated means to buy or extract content, and to carry out any act intended to harm the site, the brand or third parties. Communication with the store must be respectful. We reserve the right to stop serving, and to block, anyone who uses abusive, threatening or fraudulent behavior, cancelling their pending orders with a refund where appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

The marks Sismo, Sismo Jeans and Leandro Di Stefano, together with their logos, photographs, texts and designs, belong to their owners and may not be reproduced, copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, for commercial or any other purposes, without prior written permission. We reserve the right to take the civil and criminal action that corresponds in case of misuse or counterfeiting.

9. Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site and are not responsible for technical interruptions beyond our control, without prejudice to consumer rights under applicable law.

10. Privacy policy

Leandro Di Stefano SAS is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.

What we collect. Name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and technical browsing data (IP address, device and pages visited) through cookies.

What we use it for. To process and deliver orders, issue invoices, answer inquiries, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations. We only send marketing emails if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with. Only with the providers needed to run the store: Shopify (the site platform), PayPal and other payment providers, and shipping carriers such as FedEx or DHL. Also with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data. Your data is processed from Argentina and by providers that may store it in other countries.

Payment data. Card and payment details are handled directly by the payment provider and are not stored on this site.

How long we keep it. As long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights. You can access, correct and delete your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to info@sismojeans.com. If you live in the European Union you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies. We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work and to measure its use. You can disable them in your browser settings.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires will be competent, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence.

12. Severability and changes

If any clause of these terms is declared invalid, the rest remain in force. These terms may be modified. The version in force at the time of purchase applies. Last updated October 22, 2026.
